We recruit for Permanent, Temporary and Contract positions in Bicester, Bicester Village, Thame, Aylesbury, Banbury, Brackley, Buckingham, Kidlington, Oxford and surrounding locations through our Commercial Office Division, Retail and Hospitality Division and Industrial Division.

We will manage the whole recruitment process for you.

First of all we'll make it our job to completely understand the temporary or permanent role you are looking to fill. We need to have a good understanding of how your company works and the personalities and strengths already in place so as we can help you build and compliment your team.

We will then manage the campaign to find the best possible candidates. Through a combination of well directed advertising and our own extensive database of candidates already interviewed and known to us, you can rely upon us to be very selective. We will put together a shortlist and arrange interviews to suit you. Each candidate's CV will show a profile, so as you can see why we feel their strengths and experience will benefit your particular role.

We will closely manage the offer stage through to the chosen candidate starting work with you. It is crucial that this part of the process is managed well for both parties' benefit - we understand how competitive the market is.
