Our client a local based business is looking for an Office Administrator to join their team. In this position you will be the first point of contact and will be managing the front desk and supporting with general administration. The company have a passionate and driven team committed to providing excellent service and working with their customers to ensure innovate results.

Working hours will be 08:00-17:00 or 08:30-17:30 based in Bicester. Offering £27,000-£28,000 per annum.

Office Administrator duties:
• Welcome all visitors to the office and ensure they sign in as required.
• Manage mail, incoming and outgoing.
• Answer calls and connect them to the correct person.
• Order and replenish stationery and supplies.
• Monitor meeting rooms, ensuring they are clean and tidy.
• Look after the distribution of IT, including mobiles.
• Reconcile monthly invoices against spend activity and petty cash.
• Complete grant applications.
• Calculate annual leave and keep track of allowances.
• Manage leave requests.
• Be active within the social committee.
• Create and process purchase orders.
• General administration tasks.

Personal Attributes:
• Previous experience within an administration position or a similar role.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Computer literate and comfortable using Word, Outlook and Excel with the ability to use formulas.
• Work well as part of a team but also be confident working alone.
• Positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
