We are looking for an individual with office-based experience to join a local company. Based just outside of Bicester as an Administrator you will be a key member of the team, completing tasks from monitoring and managing communication, stock management and support with practical tasks.

This is a part-time position 25 hours per week, 5 days a week Monday to Friday, 09:30-15:00 with half an hour lunch but can be worked around school hours. Offering £16,763.25 per annum.

Duties of the Administrator:
• Be the main point of contact for incoming communication, new starters and visitors.
• Put together packs of materials, equipment and uniform for new starters, maintaining stock levels.
• Support with practical tasks such as erecting gazebos, display tables and equipment.
• Manage all communication, including email, post, packages and telephone.
• Maintain the CRM database.
• Planning, organisation and logistics of events.
• Inputting of data into Salesforce.
• Assist with newsletter creation.
• Onboard and process new starters and collect references.

Personal Attributes:
• Previous experience working in an office-based environment.
• Computer literate and confident on Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Willing to undertake practical tasks.
• Work well on your own initiative.
• Have a driver’s licence and access to your own transport due to location.
• Excellent communication skills.

Experience within HR administration would be advantageous but is not required.

This company also offers 26 days holiday plus bank holidays pro rata and a higher rate pension.
