We are looking for an individual with office-based experience to join a local company. Based just outside of Bicester as an Administrator you will be a key member of the team, completing tasks from monitoring and managing communication, stock management and support with practical tasks.
This is a part-time position 25 hours per week, 5 days a week Monday to Friday, 09:30-15:00 with half an hour lunch but can be worked around school hours. Offering £16,763.25 per annum.
Duties of the Administrator:
Be the main point of contact for incoming communication, new starters and visitors.
Put together packs of materials, equipment and uniform for new starters, maintaining stock levels.
Support with practical tasks such as erecting gazebos, display tables and equipment.
Manage all communication, including email, post, packages and telephone.
Maintain the CRM database.
Planning, organisation and logistics of events.
Inputting of data into Salesforce.
Assist with newsletter creation.
Onboard and process new starters and collect references.
Personal Attributes:
Previous experience working in an office-based environment.
Computer literate and confident on Word, Excel and Outlook.
Willing to undertake practical tasks.
Work well on your own initiative.
Have a drivers licence and access to your own transport due to location.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience within HR administration would be advantageous but is not required.
This company also offers 26 days holiday plus bank holidays pro rata and a higher rate pension.
