Our client based in Banbury is looking for an experienced individual to join their team as a Project Administration Assistant. Working part-time flexible hours between 22.5 hour up to 30 hours a week, to suit the candidate and business needs, this position requires strong admin or secretarial skills and would also be suited to a confident individual, with good organisational skills.
Offering £30,000 per annum pro rata.

Duties of the Project Administration Assistant:
• Conduct project specific research.
• Support with implementation of new strategy.
• Complete monthly reporting to clients, in accordance with KPI’s.
• General administration and adhoc duties pertaining to client projects.
• Diary management for projects, meetings and other.
• Effective management of expenses and processing of invoices.

Personal Attributes:
• Previous experience within an administration/secretarial position.
• Computer literacy and confident in using Microsoft Office packages to include, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Organisational skills.

This company also offers a discretionary bonus scheme, 25 days holiday that increases with service to 30 days and death in service. Hybrid working is supported by this company and would be available after a successful probationary period.
