Warehouse Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our client based in Bicester. Working as the primary person in the warehouse you will be responsible for stock management, despatching finished products, goods in and driving KPI’s.

Offering £28,579.20 per annum, the hours of work will consist of 40 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 07:00/08:00-16:00/17:00 and Friday 07:00/08:00-13:00/14:00.

Duties of the Warehouses Team Leader:
• Despatch products to order request.
• Complete good in procedures, receiving deliveries and check delivery notes, while putting stock in correct locations.
• Ensure all policies, regulations and requirements are adhered too.
• Send stock to the production team for amendments.
• Conduct regular stock checks, competing monthly PI counts and full annual stock take.
• Check any vehicles used within stock movement monthly.
• Move stock from the main warehouse to a storage unit.
• Monitor stock levels and make certain levels are replenished accordingly.
• Highlight health and safety concerns, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and housekeeping.
• Use Excel and online systems to track information and compile reports.
• Manage a team of one other worker within the warehouse.

Attributes:
• Previous manufacturing experience.
• Comfortable on computers and using Excel, Word and Business Central.
• Good attention to detail.
• Keen to learn and develop within the role.
• Full drivers licence due to the nature of the role.

Offering 25 days holiday to increase in service plus bank holidays, three must be saved for Christmas shutdown, pension and healthcare.
