Our client based in Bicester is looking for a Principal Quality Assurance Associate to join their team. Within this position you will be working with the Quality Control team, responsible for investigating product non-conformities and implementing resolutions while maintaining compliance with regulations, standards and processes.
Offering £40,000-£45,000 per annum, working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.
Duties of the Principal Quality Assurance Associate:
Develop and implement efficient processes that meet applicable standards and regulatory requirements.
Plan, initiate, and complete both internal and external supplier audits.
Support external audits by preparing documentation and assisting during assessments.
Manage the logging, investigation, and documentation of non-conformities, ensuring timely resolution through appropriate actions.
Monitor and maintain goods-in metrics, preparing relevant data for quality and management review meetings.
Conduct supplier evaluations to ensure ongoing compliance with quality standards.
Support supplier compliance meetings by providing relevant data and insights.
Coordinate tasks for the Quality Control team, ensuring timely resolution of K2 Recruitment Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy. product holds while maintaining compliance.
Support quality control at acquisition sites.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Attributes:
Experience working in a quality environment and writing compliant processes.
Previous use of QMS; ISO13485 or ISO 900.
Conducted CAPA and Root Cause analysis.
Strong interpersonal skills, working well as part of a team and on your own initiative.
Have previously completed audits to Lead Auditor level.
Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Can-do attitude, working well to deadlines across multiple tasks.
Experience or knowledge with the MDR and reporting to the FDA is advantageous but not required. The company also offer 25 days holiday with three to be used at Christmas, plus bank holidays and healthcare.
