Safety Inspection Administrator

£25,000-£28,000 per annum - Permanent Position

Based in Bicester we are looking for a confident administrator to join a local company as a Safety Inspection Administrator. Supporting a busy team, you will be a key part of ensuring compliance within the company.

Working hours will be 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

Duties of the Safety Inspection Administrator:
• Process orders with suppliers.
• Invoice customers.
• Schedule inspections.
• Maintain an up-to-date system, ensuring records are regularly updated as required.
• Manage and respond to email and telephone queries.
• Ad hoc administrative support as necessary.

Attributes:
• Strong admin skills, with previous experience in an admin position.
• Computer literate and confident on Microsoft Office
• Work well within a team.
• Good communication skills both written and verbal.
• Have strong initiative, working well independently.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Customer Service skills.

Offering £26,000-£28,000 per annum dependant on experience and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
