Our client a local business based in Bicester is looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to join their team as an Administrative Support Specialist. Working in a team you will be completing daily administration tasks including, processing and confirming orders, dealing with issues and liaising with suppliers.
Offering £25,000 plus per annum dependent on experience, working Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00 with 30-minute break.
Duties of the Administrative Support Specialist:
• Be the first port of call for deliveries and ad hoc visitors.
• Manage queries and deal with any issues that may arise.
• Process returns.
• Support the procurement department.
• Upload and confirm orders.
• Analysis of returns.
• Communicate and liaise with suppliers and customers.
Personal Attributes:
• Experience building relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Work well in high-pace environments and be able to easily adapt.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Compute literate and able to confidently use Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft packages.
• Time management.
